Licensing requirements vary from state to state. How long it takes to get licensed will be determined by two factors: the number of hours of education you are required to take to get a license and the study pace that you set.* You can verify the number of education hours required in your state by choosing your state from the “Real Estate License” tab on our homepage.

*Certain states require a certain amount of days in the course before being allowed to take the final exam. Please see your State page for further information.
