What happens if I’m late due to tech issues?

The Welcome Letter will provide you with a lot of helpful information, including troubleshooting steps. If you are experiencing technical difficulty and are not able to resolve these by using the troubleshooting steps provided, please do not hesitate to call us at 866.256.2930. Even if you experience a small tech issue which results you being late for class, you will have enough time to pass your time requirements. We have made sure to include a small buffer as we wait for anyone experiencing technical issues.
