Find answers to common questions about your real estate license and Allied Schools.

Will I have a real estate license after I take the pre-licensing course?

No, pre-licensing course providers do not issue real estate licenses. The course prepares you to sit for the state license exam. After you pass the course final exam, you will receive a certificate of completion (type and process varies by state). You will then schedule your license exam with the proctor company chosen by your state. The proctor company is a separate company and has their own fees. Complete information on the proctor company is provided in your course materials.

You can also find more information on state licensing exam providers here.
