Scheduled classes: For those who study best with a regimented schedule, livestream classes are for you. Just like attending an actual in-person class, livestream classes are regularly scheduled — but can be attended from the comfort of home.
Instructor and peer engagement: Just like a physical in-person classroom, students can regularly engage with instructors and peers in a livestream setting. Get to know your classmates and ask instructors your burning real estate questions during class time.
Comprehensive exam prep: Powered by CompuCram, this program prepares you for topics found on your state exam and, to ensure you're fully prepared, we provide inside knowledge of what's covered — as well as proprietary mastery methods.
Pass or Don't Pay Guarantee: Enter exam day with total confidence. Enroll in industry-leading exam prep to help you pass on the first try. And if you don't, get a refund on your original purchase, whether a full pre-licensing package or exclusively exam prep. (Excludes Florida, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Michigan).
Hard-copy textbooks: These printed textbooks are helpful guides as you move through your scheduled livestream classes with an instructor. Keep it by your side during class or study on your own time!
