Who is my Instructor?

With the exception of Allied Business Schools’ Continuing Education courses, students are assigned to a member of the Instructional Support department at the time of enrollment. After enrollment, the Instructional Support staff member sends a welcome email to the student to introduce himself/ herself and the available support services that he or she provides, as well as to provide alternative contact information should the Instructional support staff member not be available.  Students who have questions about their course material and concepts, assignments, or other requirements are directed to their Instructional Support staff member or another appropriate member of the Instructional Support department.

Should you need assistance with your course, please refer to the welcome email that you received when you enrolled in your course(s); you may also contact our Instructional Support staff and speak to an instructor via phone at 888-751-2303, or you may submit an email request for assistance at https://www.alliedschools.com/contact-us/. The instructional support staff is available during business hours, Monday-Friday 7 am-6 pm PST.
