Melanie McLane is a second generation REALTOR®, who is an appraiser, broker and educator. She owns and operates Jackson Real Estate, in Jersey Shore PA. A graduate of Kenyon College, Gambier Ohio, she holds the following designations and certifications: ABR, CRB, CRS, EPRO, GREEN, GRI, RAA, RSPS, PSA, SRES, SRS; she is also certified as a distance instructor (CDEI) and is an Appraiser Qualifications Board approved USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) Instructor. She has written numerous courses, both for her own use, and as works for hire for other educational companies. In 1979, she was named Penn State University’s Real Estate Instructor of the Year. She has served as President for her local association, West Branch Valley Association of REALTORS®, a District Vice-President for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (two terms), and has served on various NAR committees, task forces, and forums. In 2008, she was inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame as an instructor, and in 2012, she was named RSPS of the Year for her contributions to the RSPS course. She has also been honored by her local association with “REALTOR® of the Year”; (twice) “Spirit Award”, and “Outstanding Achievement Award”.

Janice Price delivers Priceless Service in Real Estate. With licenses in both Indiana and Illinois, Janice has touched many people with her real estate expertise. Janice started in the real estate sales side of the business over 30 years ago and continues today to be a hands-on top producer. During that span, she also managed real estate offices, was President of the MLS, earned numerous designations, and worked to get her mortgage loan originators license. To balance her love of real estate, Janice established the Price School of Real Estate Education in 1996 and became a master instructor in Indiana and Illinois. She enhanced the educational experience in developing and teaching pre-licensing courses, training programs, and continuing education courses. After earning a CCDS (Certified Career Development Specialist) designation, Janice became a National Trainer for Prudential Real Estate. BJ has held a Broker’s License for 36 years. He is President of Rosow Education and a Broker Associate for Rosow Realtors. His family has been involved in Real Estate for 91 years since his grandmother started her company in 1927. BJ’s real estate teaching career started in 1981. He has written training manuals and curriculum for numerous real estate schools and firms. He also was a regular guest lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to a Real Estate, BJ is a successful entrepreneur, building a 60-million-dollar company from the ground up

Stephen lives and owns a real estate brokerage in Texas and holds a broker’s license in Texas and Oklahoma. He teaches both pre-licensing courses and real estate continuing education courses online and throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Dave is owner/broker of Deverman Realty and Deverman Appraisal, a residential brokerage and appraisal firm in Grandville, Michigan. He is a certified residential appraiser who provides valuation services to attorneys, financial planners and lenders. Dave has also been a member of the Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS® for 44 years. He is also a recipient of both its REALTOR® Associate of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year awards.
Dave has a bachelors degree in education and also holds majors in business and accounting. He instructs appraisal courses in pre- and post-licensing and continuing education classes in Michigan & Ohio and is a USPAP approved instructor. He assisted in the writing of the Michigan REALTOR® Institute curriculum and also authors articles for a local newspaper about the tax benefits of home ownership, re-sales of principal residences, and the property tax appeal process for homeowners.

Bill has been licensed in Nevada real estate since 1989. In addition to his vast experience as an investor, licensed broker and instructor, Bill has been a member or chair of various education and professional development committees with his local, state and the National Associations of REALTORS®. Bill works hard to understand the students’ perspectives so that he can fully answer their questions and offer clarification. He keeps himself abreast of any pertinent law changes affecting the states he instructs in so that he has the most up-to-date information at his disposal.

C. Michael Sunoo is an attorney whose practice areas include: Real Estate/Construction Laws; Family Law; Elder Law; Business Law; Securities Law; Personal Injuries; and Litigation. When he is not busy practicing law, he is busy teaching graduate and undergraduate students at Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, where he has been an Adjunct Professor since 2001. He holds a BSBA degree from University of Denver, an MA degree from Denver Seminary, and a JD from College of Law, University of Denver. Michael has been a licensed real estate broker in Colorado since 1988.

Janice holds real estate licenses in both Indiana and Illinois and has been a top-producer for over 30 years. Her real estate resume includes managing real estate offices, president of the MLS, numerous real estate designations and a mortgage loan originator license. Janice established the Price School of Real Estate Education in 1996 and became a master instructor in Indiana and Illinois. She developed and taught pre-licensing courses, training programs, and continuing education courses. After earning a CCDS (Certified Career Development Specialist) designation, Janice became a National Trainer for Prudential Real Estate.

Earl is a Licensed Broker and Instructor in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. His career includes serving as an Investment Consultant, Property Manager and an owner of a real estate school. With over 14 years of experience in real estate education, he has taught courses in pre-licensure, post-licensure and continuing education. Earl is also a former adjunct instructor at Hondros College, Auburn University and Alabama State University. He helped design the Alabama 60-hour Broker’s Exam pre-license course and served as a subject matter expert and consultant for state license exam providers and administrators.

Katie holds a dual real estate license in Nevada and Utah and has been licensed to sell real estate for over 25 years. She began teaching real estate courses in 1997 and held director positions at three real estate and appraisal schools. Kaite currently teaches real estate law and principals and practice at Utah Valley University and teaches GRI 100 and 400 as well as continuing education courses throughout Utah. Katie loves education and has a great desire to educate adults and help them reach their goal of becoming a real estate agent.

Chad has over 42 years of real estate experience in residential, commercial, property management and instruction. He holds a Principal Broker License and a Principal Instructor License in Arkansas where he has taught GRI and ABR designation classes. Chad is a former Vice President of Century 21 of the Southwest and chaired the Education and Equal Housing Opportunity Committees for Arkansas Realtors Association. In addition, he served many years on the Risk Reduction and Professional Standards committees for ARA and is a member and former treasurer of The Real Estate Educators Association.

Marilyn holds her real estate managing broker’s license in Illinois, serves as a licensed instructor for pre-licensing and continuing education in real estate and authored several continuing education courses that are used throughout the real estate industry. She received the Educator of the Year Award from the National Association of Realtors and from the Association of Illinois Real Estate Educators. She has a masters degree in adult education from Northern Illinois University. Marilyn has an exceptional ability to help students drill through extraneous information to fully understand the essence of what is being asked of them.

Jolita is a Real Estate Broker and past owner of Palms Real Estate Education Center in Palm Coast, Florida. She works in residential sales and specializes in Condominium/Homeowner’s Association (SOC) sales and real estate requirements. Retired from the U.S. Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in 1999, Jolita has a background in analysis, trends, training, teaching, technology and administration processes, which she continues to develop and refine today. Jolita has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master of Science degree in Higher Education specializing in Adult Education. She has written several real estate courses and licensing study materials and remains active in real estate learning and processes. She also currently works in Florida Community Association Management.

Ivy has over 30 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate investing, property sales and real estate education. She has been a licensed real estate instructor for over 17 years following 20 years as a teacher and guidance counselor in the New York Public School system. Additionally, Ivy is president and founder of Ivy Real Estate Education, Inc. and is the president of SLC Conference Centers. With her extensive background in education and counseling, Ivy is a valuable asset to all of her students inside and outside of the classroom. Her key to success, which she shares with her students, is to constantly strive to achieve your goals and, once they are accomplished, to reach even higher.
