China is certainly in the news this week as the host of the Summer Olympics, but gymnasts and basketball stars aren't the only Chinese players making news these days - it's also the executives of China Distance Education Holdings Limited, which is an online career training school providing online courses for professionals pursuing careers in China. Company executive of China Distance Education Holdings were at the New York Stock Exchange in New York City on July 30 to ring the opening bell. The Beijing-based online career training institute recently went public, raising $61.25 million. The school's online courses have allowed Chinese people from across the country to access career training in the hopes of improving their career prospects.
